The Ole Miss wide receivers room is one of the most talented in the nation as we set just 29 days away from the Aug. 31, kickoff versus Furman.
There is preseason All-American Tre Harris, exciting portal acquisition Juice Wells, dependable veteran Jordan Watkins, young and promising Ayden Williams and Cayden Lee, as well as last-minute newcomer and junior college standout Deion Smith to only name a few.
So when Inside the Rebels got the opportunity to ask Jordan Watkins just how talented the receivers room could be this fall, we did.
“We’re super talented,” Watkins said without hesitation. “We’re super-excited to get out there and compete against anybody in the country. I think you’re going to see a lot of fireworks from this receiver corps. Not just the starters, but other guys, as well, who are able to work into the rotation. Those guys can make plays, and I think that we’re super-deep in the receivers room right now, and I think that’s going to help us win ball games.”
