West Ham United are expected to make a “super offer” for Juventus ace Matias Soule within the next 24 to 48 hours, according to TuttoSport.
The Italian outlet reported on 22 July that although nothing is set in stone for a move to the Hammers as yet, Julen Lopetehui’s side are expected to make a bid for the Argentina youth international in what they described as a “decisive week” for his future.
If a deal is to be struck, it could cost the London-based club up to £29.4million with Roma and Leicester City both expected to match any bids that are made in order to remain in the running.
West Ham United should try to sign Matias Soule this summer
Matias Soule has been consistently linked with West Ham [Gazzetta dello Sport, 14 July] and would be an ideal addition to their dressing room this summer.
It’s clear that the club needs attacking reinforcement and Soule is arguably one of the best candidates on the list for them at this time.
Last season, Soule played a total of 39 games across all competitions for Frosinone last season and managed to contribute to 14 goals across all competitions.
Although the attacker played in multiple positions last term, he was more often than not deployed in his natural role of right-wing and made a strong impact at the Serie A side.
This versatility alongside his age of 21 are just two factors that make his transfer make sense for the Hammers.

An attacking addition will be made a priority this summer if Michail Antonio chooses to exit this summer.
Soule’s arrival would help alleviate pressure from the shoulders of Bowen and perhaps allow the Hammers to not rely upon their star man week-in and week-out.
