Hernández, 28, was claimed off waivers by Seattle from Texas on Aug. 2. He appeared in 3 games with the Mariners, holding a 11.57 ERA (3 ER, 2.1 IP) with 2 walks and 3 strikeouts. He also appeared in 26 games (one start) with the Rangers this season, going 3–1 with a 5.05 ERA (23 ER, 41.0 IP) with 26 walks and 36 strikeouts. He was designated for assignment by Texas on July 30.

Jonathan grew up in the Dominican Republic and was originally signed by Texas as an international free agent on Jan. 30, 2013.
Vosler (VOSS-lur), 30, is batting .179 (5×28) with 1 double, 1 triple, 3 RBI and 9 walks in 10 games since being selected from Triple-A Tacoma on July 22.
