Roosters enforcer Spencer Leniu’s future at the Tricolours is reportedly unclear, with the Blues prop landing in the sights of rival clubs.
That is according to Code Sports, who are reporting Roosters powerbrokers have made it clear Leniu is currently not free to depart the club.
However, the future of the former Panthers premiership-winner has reportedly been a hot topic within the club — despite being unlikely to leave before the June 30 deadline.
The 25-year-old is earning a reported $800,000 per-season, with the report stating the 2026 season could be his last as a Roosters player after landing at the club in 2024.
Leniu’s minutes this season have been underwhelming, featuring four times off the bench including just 14 minutes against the Broncos.
The PNG Chiefs have emerged as one potential landing spot for Leniu, however no discussions have reportedly taken place regarding his signing.
