Swindon Town can confirm that defender Sonny Hart has joined Scottish Championship side Greenock Morton on a season-long loan for the 2025/26 campaign.
The 19-year-old academy graduate, who has impressed with his composure and versatility across the back line, will link up with Dougie Imrie’s squad as he continues his development with regular first-team football north of the border.
Hart made his senior debut for the Robins against Accrington Stanley during the 2023/24 campaign and made a small cameo appearance against Fleetwood Town last season. This move gives the young defender a valuable opportunity to gain further experience and competitive minutes in a highly respected division.
