Birmingham City boss Chris Davies has said Taylor Gardner-Hickman is ‘scheduled’ to return to training early next week.
Birmingham City have been without the 23-year-old recently. BCFC exercised their option to sign him permanently this summer last month.
Gardner-Hickman joined the Blues last summer on loan from Bristol City. He has since made 35 appearances in all competitions this season, 26 of which have come in the league, and he has chipped in with two goals and one assist.
In this latest update regarding his condition, Davies has said, as per a report by BirminghamLive: “Taylor is close to training with the team again. That is scheduled for early next week so he’s pretty much there, more or less, but then you need to build up again.”
Birmingham City are sat top of the League One table as they close in on promotion. They are 11 points clear of Wrexham in 2nd with two games in hand.
