Joao Alves has left the club by mutual consent.
Having arrived from our owners’ company Football Radar in 2021, Alves was promoted from First Team Analyst to First Team Coach under Luke Williams before becoming Assistant Head Coach to Stuart Maynard last season.
He was influential in shaping the club’s playing philosophy and was a valued part of the historic team that sealed a return to the EFL.
Chris and Alex Reedtz said: “We’re very grateful to Joao for his 11 years of service, during which time he has proven himself to be an excellent coach and a very popular member of the staff.
“We’re sure he has a very successful career ahead of him and everyone at Meadow Lane wishes him the very best for the future.”
