GARY Rowett said Millwall will be looking for opportunities to improve every area of the squad after being asked about the goalkeeping department.
George Long, 29, and Bartosz Bialkowski, who will be 36 in July, are under contract, while Conall Trueman, 27, has been offered a new deal.
If the latter signs on again then the Lions would have three experienced goalkeepers in their ranks.
Ryan Sandford, who hadn’t made a senior appearance but had been part of the first-team squad on occasions due to injuries, will leave this summer.
Highly-rated Professional Development League stopper Joe Wright has also been offered a new contract.
Long replaced Bialkowski in the starting line-up last September, ending the latter’s run of 147 consecutive Championship starts.
“When you’ve been so close every area is about how can we progress, how can we move forward and improve,” Rowett said.
“I think it completely depends on opportunities in the summer. It’s not an area (goalkeepers) that we need to desperately move forward in.
“But in every single position if there’s an opportunity to bring a player in that you feel can add value to the group, then of course you’re always going to look at that.”
