Mavericks Sign Forward To An Exhibit 10 Contract With Four Days To Their New Season

According to Mavs PR, Dallas changed Greg Brown III’s Exhibit 10 deal into a two-way contract today after signing him earlier in the summer. Jason Kidd, the head coach of the Mavericks, was pleased with Brown III during training camp because he perfectly embodies what Dallas is trying to accomplish.

He is a large forward who plays strong defense. Brown III can play either forward position, and Dallas needed someone with the necessary stature.

Although Brown III’s talent is still developing, he has the ideal chance to do so by signing a two-way contract. Although he is still qualified to play for Dallas when necessary, he may learn in the G League. A few weeks ago, Brown III seemed enthused about his prospective pairing with Luka Doncic and said that, when on the floor with him, he can be a terrific lob threat and kick-out option.

Brown III was a top-10 player in the nation when he graduated from high school, and he became famous for his in-game viral dunks. Before joining the NBA Draft in 2021, he subsequently attended the University of Texas.

Entering his third NBA season, Brown III’s fresh chance in Dallas may be just what Dallas needs.
