Boston’s mostly been blessed with good health to start the 2023-24 campaign, but center Neemias Queta’s missed the team’s last two games due to right foot soreness.
Ahead of Wednesday’s win over the Pacers at TD Garden, Celtics’ head coach Joe Mazzulla said the 24-year-old from Portugal’s foot injury wasn’t progressing, so the team’s focused on being cautious about his recovery.
Hopefully, that changes soon, and Queta returns to the floor to build off his promising training camp and preseason, averaging 9.7 points and 4.7 rebounds in 11.5 minutes in the latter.
