Millwall join Championship rivals Southampton and Hull City in monitoring a potential January loan move for Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Tyrese Hall, should the 20-year-old be recalled from a loan spell with Notts County.
Spurs have already proven that they are not afraid to terminate the loan stays of their young players early this season. Yang Min-hyeok was brought back from his time at Portsmouth early due to a lack of game time and sent out to Coventry City, with Alfie Dorrington also brought home from Aberdeen.
The Sun now reports that Spurs have discussed recalling Hall from his stint at Notts County to assess his progress in first team training. The midfielder has picked up six goals and two assists across all competitions so far this season in an impressive return.

The outlet adds that should the Premier League side then want to send Hall out to another club, Millwall, Southampton and Hull City could be ready to pounce on that deal. League One clubs are also said to be interested in the player, who has been featuring in League Two so far this term.
Hall is yet to make his senior Tottenham Hotspur debut but did feature in the matchday squad for a 2-0 defeat to Manchester City at the end of the 2023/24 campaign. Former Spurs striker and coach Jermain Defoe has tipped the midfielder for big things.
Tyrese Hall labelled ‘phenomenal talent’ by Defoe
Speaking last summer, he said: “I’d probably go as far as saying he’s one of the best players at his age I’ve seen in the country. I remember playing a game last year against Chelsea, and his performance was unbelievable, it was a standout performance, it was probably his best performance of the season.
“Big game, I think we ended up winning 3-2, were 2-0 down, it was a masterclass. He’s someone who I believe is a Premier League footballer.
“And it’s a big statement, but he’s someone who, when I first saw him, I believe, god willing, that he’s someone that can go on and play at a top, top level. Unbelievable footballer.
“So much potential, and he reminds me a little bit, technically, how he is, so silky, again another big statement, of that Luka Modric sort of vibe, and Joe Cole. Phenomenal talent.”
