Vikings Report with Drew and Ted is continuing their look at the Minnesota Vikings’ 2024 NFL Draft class, and we’ve moved along to the third player they selected on Draft weekend, Oregon cornerback Khyree Jackson.
Jackson had a bit of a long road to get to the NFL, as he actually stopped playing football for a bit and was working at a grocery store after high school. He then made his way through a couple of community colleges before getting to the University of Alabama and, finally, ending up at the University of Oregon.
Our guest for this episode is Matt Fries of Zone Coverage and some other Vikings’ sites across the internet. He offers some pretty solid insight on Jackson and the chances of him making an impact in the defensive backfield right away. It’s a really good interview, if I may say so, and we hope that you enjoy it.
